Tempe, AZ (March 10, 2020) – Troopers with the Department of Public Safety are asking the public’s help in located a car involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash on U.S. 60.
According to DPS, Michael Trousdale, who was on his motorcycle, collided with a driver of a white 2016 to 2019 model Chevrolet Volt on March 2 near McClintock Drive. Witnesses told troopers the driver of the Volt had pulled over briefly before leaving the scene of the accident.
Trousdale was transported to the hospital via ambulance but later pronounced dead. DPS said the vehicle may have damage to the rear passenger side, and troopers are asking anyone who may have photos or videos taken around the time of the accident to contact them at 602-223-2212 or email doffice@azdps.gov.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
