Phoenix, AZ – Ronald Osterman Killed in Motorcycle Wreck at 19th Ave

Phoenix, AZ (October 12, 2019) – Officers from the Phoenix Police Department are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash that happened Saturday afternoon.

According to officials, the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. near the area of 19th Avenue and Glendale Avenue. The incident involved a Chevrolet Silverado and a KTM dual-sport motorcycle. The motorcyclist was riding eastbound into the intersection when he passed a car and crashed into the Chevrolet Silverado that was making a turn.

The motorcyclist, identified as 26-year-old Ronald Osterman, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 69-year-old man driving the Silverado was evaluated for impairment, but police say that it was not a factor in this crash. The crash remains under investigation at this time.
